Studio Associate Application
Part-time | 18+ | $16.00/hour + tips

As a Studio Associate, you will support daily studio operations, guest experiences, retail, and food and beverage service while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and fully operational environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and assisting guests during fragrance-making experiences in accordance with Spark standards
  • Preparing and serving simple food and beverage items and supporting grazing board execution
  • Preparing, cleaning, and resetting stations between sessions
  • Supporting retail operations, including POS use, merchandising, and assisting guests with purchases
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of studio and service areas throughout the shift
  • Monitoring supplies and communicating operational needs or issues to the Studio & Events Lead
  • Supporting overall studio flow, pacing, and guest experience execution
This role requires strong reliability, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to support a fast-paced guest experience environment.
