OSAC would like your feedback on the Spark program so that we may evaluate it and make improvements for the future.
We ask that the Performing Arts Coordinator and Spark Coordinator each complete the evaluation on their own, as there are a couple different questions depending on whether you are a mentor or mentee.
Once the evaluations have been received from both parties, OSAC will disburse the Spark bursary.
