Sourdough School is for everyone to become comfortable baking sourdough bread, starting with easier breads and working up to a more complicated artisanal hearth loaf. A final session will also be included on how to creatively use your Sourdough Culture to make healthier wheat-based foods. All students/participants will receive a Sourdough Culture, many baked samples in class, dough to take home to finish and bake, and hopefully lots and lots of knowledge along the way for you to succeed in creating the tastiest bread you've ever had! We will ask you to bring some common household baking items such as loaf pans, and bowls, but all ingredients will otherwise be provided.
