In purchasing and endorsing products and services and partnering or collaborating with others, we take into account their environmental and ethical credentials, in addition to factors such as location, cost, quality and convenience. Wherever possible, Seated Massage is committed to reducing our environmental footprint by supporting businesses that employ local workers and are encouraging community growth through promoting social, cultural and financial capital.

This questionnaire is entirely voluntary. It assists us to monitor our sustainable procurement practices and choose appropriate suppliers and partners who share similar core values in social and environmental sustainability. Please answer any questions that are applicable to your industry and size of your business. Please do not answer ‘yes’ to any question that cannot be verified.

We understand that sole traders and small businesses are less likely to have in place many of the policies and programmes mentioned. We welcome any information that helps us gain a better picture of the environmental and ethical practices of your business or company. Through this questionnaire, we also hope to be of benefit by highlighting practices in business that can have a positive impact and are generally available, accessible and affordable.
