The feedback survey on this website uses a third party service provider (Momentive) that is separate and unaffiliated with SmartStart. Responses are received by the Department of Internal Affairs and are used for the sole purpose of identifying any issues or suggestions customers may have for the site. Any information collected in this feedback survey may be held and processed outside of New Zealand but the Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for the control and management of response data. Any analysis of response data that Momentive may undertake is aggregated and anonymised. You can read more about Momentive’s privacy notice at www.surveymonkey.com/mp/legal/privacy/. Responses are anonymous in that we cannot identify users from their responses unless consent and contact details are provided. However, please note that if you put personal information in the free text fields, it may identify you, even where you have not provided contact details.
