During the week of July 23rd, the City of Mukilteo and City of Edmonds resurfaced over five miles of residential streets with a preservation treatment called Slurry Seal. A slurry seal extends the life of a street and lowers cost of future maintenance by protecting the underlying surface.
The City provided information both before and during the project to help residents understand its impacts and progress. Your participation in this survey will help us improve communication for future projects. The survey will take approximately five (5) minutes to complete. We appreciate your feedback.
Please note that the newly applied surface is expected to continue to shed some sand over the next few weeks. Crews will be returning several times to sweep up any loose material and repaint the pavement markings.
