Non-Profit/Agency Booth Application

The Skagit River Salmon Festival celebrates diverse partnerships between local, state and federal governments, Tribal Communities, local utilities, businesses and nonprofit organizations to inspire conservation of the amazing Skagit River, its rich cultural history and abundant natural resources.

The event is a fun-filled experience for families featuring youth activities and crafts, recreational and educational booths, live music and cultural opportunities.

The 2019 Skagit River Salmon Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 7 at Edgewater Park in Mount Vernon.

We hope that you will be as excited about continuing this unique event and all that it has to offer organizations in terms of visibility and awareness.

We require booths to be set up and staffed on September 7 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Booth size is set at 10 x 10 feet. If your activity will require additional space, a greater booth size can be allocated upon request.

Please submit this application no later than Friday, July 12, 2019, in order to be included in the event guide.
  • Booth hours: Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Set up time: Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • You may drive a vehicle onto the event field to drop off your materials, but all vehicles must be removed to the designated parking areas no later than 10:00 a.m.
  • No vehicles will be allowed on the event field between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. This vehicle rule will be strictly enforced in the interest of the safety of those working and attending the Festival.

Exhibits should stress the Festival’s objectives of natural resource education, cultural enrichment, and/or outdoor recreation. We challenge you to make them as interactive and educational as possible.

The Festival organization is dedicated to providing quality educational exhibits in a non-political, non-commercial format. The Skagit River Salmon Festival Planning Committee will review all exhibitor applications and make a determination of appropriateness and acceptance.

There are a limited number of electrical outlets available. Outlets will be available on request at an additional fee of $35. Tables are available for a fee of $15. You will need to bring your own pop-up tent.
