The South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization (SJTPO) is updating the Access for All Transit Plans, also known as the Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plans, for Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. The Access for All Transit Plans focus on improving mobility for senior adults, people with disabilities, people with low incomes, and underserved communities. The Access for All Transit Plans are updated every five years.
If you live in Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, or Salem Counties, please take a few minutes to answer the following questions about your transportation needs. Your answers will help us develop strategies to improve transportation services in your county. At the end of the survey, you can provide an email address to enter a giveaway to win one of four $25 digital gift cards. This is entirely optional and not required to complete the survey.

Gift Card Incentive Raffle Terms and Conditions: The gift card raffle winners will be randomly selected. Participants must live or work full-time in one of the four SJTPO counties: Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, or Salem. Members of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), Policy Board, and Community Outreach and Engagement Committee (COEC) are ineligible to enter into the raffle. Family members of SJTPO staff are also ineligible to enter into the raffle. Winners must be able to provide proof of living or working address. Winners can either pick up the gift cards at the SJTPO office or have SJTPO mail the gift card to an address provided by the winners. The gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. SJTPO reserves the right to change or cancel the raffle at any time within the bounds of the law.
