ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE
  • Applications should be submitted online or sent by email to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager.
  • Applications will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The booker will receive a confirmation of the booking by email and will benefit from a retraction delay of 2 days (for a commercial company) or of 7 days (for non-for-profit associations).
  • After this and in the absence of a written cancellation request sent by email to the SIOP Europe Meeting Secretariat, the booking will be approved.
  • The invoice and payment procedure details will be issued by the organizer and sent, by email, to the booking company, within 1 week after the official confirmation.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
  • Prices are in €, excl. VAT.
