Introduction and Demographics

The Vision Team is asking for your help in assessing the church as part of the vision process. Signal Crest needs to understand how you feel about your church life and the programs and ministries offered. Your input is also needed to help discern where you feel God is leading Signal Crest over the next few years.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey; it should take 15-18 minutes to complete. You may complete the survey online or via hard-copy. You may respond to the survey one time by Friday, March 16, 2018.

The Vision Team asks that each person complete a survey independently – married couples and family members should each complete an individual survey. If you are completing a hard-copy survey, please seal it in an envelope provided at one of the two survey areas and drop it in the box for completed surveys.
