There is no limit on the number of entries per teacher, student, or classroom. Each entry must correspond to a verified completed bingo card. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, altered, or unverifiable submissions may be disqualified at MAX Credit Union’s discretion. One selected classroom will receive a prize package consisting of a $250 gift card for the winning teacher and a pizza party for the teacher’s class. Prize details, including pizza party scheduling, delivery, vendor selection, and any related restrictions, will be determined by MAX Credit Union. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at MAX Credit Union’s discretion. Qualifying submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on October 31, 2026.
