Shirley Master Plan Update |
Dear Shirley Resident,
The Town of Shirley is working to update its Master Plan. As part of the process, the Town is seeking your opinion to help shape the current and future direction of Shirley. Once completed, the Master Plan will provide an overview of the Town’s existing conditions, and provide goals, recommendations and objectives for Shirley’s future development. Please take a few minutes to share your opinion by completing this survey. Your input is essential to the Master Plan’s Success! This survey should take only 10 minutes and you can look forward to seeing the town-wide survey results in Fall 2015.
General Instructions:
1. This survey is intended to be completed by adults (18 years and older).
2. If you have more than one resident in your household we encourage each resident to fill out a survey.
3. The survey can also be completed online.
4. Return completed surveys to the Shirley Town Hall Drop Box in the front of the Shirley Town Hall or mail to: Attention: Town Administrator, 7 Keady Way, Shirley, MA 01464.
5. Completed surveys are due September 30, 2015.
