Many residents in Teignbridge rent privately and the Council is keen to support private landlords to provide decent quality homes to their tenants. The Government has recently introduced major reforms to how private rented homes are let and the requirements that landlords must meet.
The Council wants to help landlords to meet these requirements and to support a thriving and good quality private rented market. The survey will provide the Council with a better understanding of how the Council can work with landlords and agents to achieve this.
