Volunteer shifts are available before the event, during the event, and during event clean up. When volunteers are not working a shift, they will be able to enjoy the event.

Please use the following information to guide your preferred shift selection. Volunteers will be assigned to work one of the following schedules:
  • Pre event hours (all of 3/5 AND event clean up on 3/21 OR 4-5 hours during week of 3/16 AND event clean up on 3/21)
  • 3.5 hours during the 3/21 event (shifts from 4pm-10pm)
  • 2 hours during the event AND event clean up
