School Garden 101 Interest Survey

School Garden 101 is a series of workshops to help schools develop viable gardens on their school grounds. It will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5-8. The series will run from February 9 through March 8, 2016.
Keep Iowa Beautiful, ISU Polk County Extension, Des Moines Public Schools and Food Corps will facilitate one or more series in the Des Moines Metro, and we'd like your input to on the best places to hold the training.
This is NOT a registration form, and filling it out doesn't commit you to anything, but it will help us best meet the needs of interested gardeners.
