2 Below Expectations – Occasionally fails to meet expectations. Requires improvement of performance.
3 Meets Expectations – Consistently meets expectations but does not exceed job requirements. Employee is fully competent and is satisfactorily performing the job.
4 Above Expectations – Consistently meets and occasionally exceeds expectations. Clearly surpasses what is acceptable. Performance is as expected of a fully qualified and experienced employee.
5 Outstanding – Exceptional performance that consistently and substantially exceeds all requirements. Recognized as positive example for others.
