Whether good or bad we do need you to tell us what you think of the services at the Brunswick Centre.

Using this method allows you to tell us what you think about the service without having to give your name (unless you chose to do so, or you have a complaint about a specific person and we need to investigate, in which case we would need your contact details as we are unable to respond to
anonymous complaints).
