Welcome to the Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) Parent Survey. This initial survey is designed to gather valuable feedback and information from parents and guardians of students receiving special education services.
Please note - this survey is created and monitored by parent members and we will never share names or personal information collected and received with any district personnel, or anyone outside of the parent council members assigned to such responsibility. We own and monitor data collected through surveys and all communication via the councils email address, and place confidentiality above all else as the foundation for building a trusting, safe and respectful community of special education students and families.
Objectives:
**Identify Current Interest/Needs**
Understand the specific supports & topics that are important and needed to support families and their students current educational program.
**Enhance Communication & Engagement**
Improve communication through the survey to reach a broader audience, and foster engagement by opportunities to participate and be heard.
**Guide Future Planning**
Inform the planning and implementation of future special education parent advisory council participation, initiatives and programs.
