Join us for a day of workshops, raffles, and exhibitors on Saturday, October 3rd, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

We are excited to offer attendees a light breakfast, lunch, a chance to win a $50 Kroger gift card or home medical equipment, access to valuable information about aging well, and a variety of free resources available to seniors in our community. Presentation topics will include Digital Skills, Fall Prevention & Home Safety, Healthy Eating & Nutrition, and Chronic Pain Management.

There will also be the opportunity to participate in the Black American-United Memory and Aging Project (BA-UMAP). This community-centered research initiative is focused on identifying the social, cultural, behavioral, environmental, and biological factors that impact memory and aging in Black Americans.
