Pathways Transition Program, INC (PTP) is a private mental health provider for children and their families. We serve more than 20 north-central Georgia counties (including Barrow, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fulton, Greene, Gwinnett, Fayette, Henry, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Pike, Rockdale, Spalding, and Walton). Pathways Transition Programs is a contract provider for Georgia Medicaid, DFCS, and DJJ clients. Our services are also available for self-pay and private insurance clients.
