Member Satisfaction Survey 2013

 

SECAmb has now been a Foundation Trust for two years and we want to check how you feel your membership is going.

We have spent the year working closely with governors to set up an Inclusion Hub Advisory Group made up of public members to help advise us. This year we want to look at ways for more of our members to get involved in and influence the Trust's work. This survey will help us to do that effectively.

Please answer as many of the questions as you can. It should take around ten minutes to complete the survey. Your responses will remain anonymous. A summary of the results will be included in the next members' newsletter.

We ask you for more information about yourself at the end. These questions are purely voluntary but will help us understand more about how our diverse members view their membership. Again, this information will be treated entirely confidentially.
