Sea Air Space 2017 Mission Registration

REGISTRATION FEES:

ACADA Member Rates (applies to all members of former NBADA, ADIANL, ADIANS and ADPEI)
   - Company/Organization Registration (includes registration for 1 attendee):  $1,500 + HST
   - Additional attendees (cost per additional attendee):  $600 + HST per person

Non-Member Rates
   - Company/Organization Registration (includes registration for 1 attendee):  $1,700+ HST
   - Additional attendees (cost per additional attendee):  $1,000 + HST per person

10.Demo/Display Requirements
If you wish to display or demo your company products/services within the Atlantic Canada booth, please provide a detailed description of your demo/display requirements (i.e. space requirements, popup banners, electrical hooks ups, furniture, AV equipment, etc.).  Please note that requests for dedicated space will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will depend upon availability of space.  All costs relating to individual demos/displays shall be the responsibility of the exhibiting company/organization.
11.Matchmaking Requirements
If you will be seeking the assistance of our matchmaking partners to arrange meeting with other Sea Air Space exhibitors - e.g. Prime contractors who have, or are likely to have, ITB obligations to Canada - please use this space to identify those companies and/or programs that are of interest to you. Please provide as much information as possible.
12.Mission Participant Responsibilities
As a participant in this mission I understand and agree to the following terms.  Mission fees are non-refundable.  All costs related to special furniture, AV, or other participant setup requests shall be the responsibility of the requesting participant.  Organization representatives agree to remain with this Mission through the published itinerary and respect all schedule appointments (where applicable).  The organization representative identified above, upon acceptance of this agreement, release the Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association from all liability and does hereby waive, as against them, all injuries or property losses which he/she might suffer arising out of, or connected to, this mission program/activities, notwithstanding that such injuries or property losses may have been caused solely or in part by the ACADA mission to Sea Air Space 2017.(Required.)
