COVID-19 School Operations Plan (SB 1, 2021 Extraordinary Session)

Pursuant to Senate Bill 1 (2021 Extraordinary Session), each district is required to submit its COVID-19 School Operations Plan, and any subsequent versions, to the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) for informational purposes.

Districts may use this form to submit their required COVID-19 School Operations plans to KDE.
