Schedule Your Hosted Exam Event |
The IAAP Certification team is excited to assist you and your organization in scheduling a hosted exam event!
To host an exam at your facility, you need:
- Two (2) or more exam candidates
- To provide appropriate space for the exams
- Reliable internet connectivity
- Identify someone who can be a proctor that will maintain the integrity of the exam and monitor the candidates in the testing environment. Note: The person proctoring is not eligible to earn CAECs for this activity.

All scheduling requests for hosted exam events need to be received by 5:00pm ET on the Monday before applications open for the exam session that your organization would like to host.
The deadline for submitting hosted exam details in each of the six 2026 exam session are:
- January/February 2026: 29 December 2025
- March/April 2026: 24 February 2026
- May/June 2026: 29 April 2026
- July/August 2026: 24 June 2026
- September/October 2026: 25 August 2026
- November/December 2026: 21 October 2026
Requests received after 5:00pm ET the Monday before applications open for an exam session will not be accepted. The hosted exam event coordinator will be advised by the IAAP Certification Team to review future exam session dates and choose a future exam session for their hosted exam event.
