What are the possibilities for the future of work?

Many different futures are possible. We cannot predict the future by projecting from the past. But we can identify some of the critical uncertainties that will frame the future of work.

The purpose of this survey is to collect different possible scenarios for the future of work and to identify the implications for skills and competencies.

You will be able to see the results to date as soon as you complete the survey and you can sign up for updates, reports and analysis. The presentation is not perfect and detailed analysis and reports will be published from time to time.

Ibbaka will use insights from this survey to develop open competency models and to evolve its skill and competency management platform.
