StoryBots Apps - Refund Request

Thank you for bringing the StoryBots universe of learning and fun to your families. If you purchased a membership to the StoryBots website or iOS apps, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please note that, notwithstanding your potential eligibility for a full or partial refund, our Terms of Service (available here) remain in full effect and continue to govern your use of the StoryBots website and/or iOS apps, as well as your membership and previous payments.

The following membership purchases may be eligible:
  • Lifetime membership
  • Annual membership after July 15, 2018
  • Biannual (six-month) membership after January 15, 2019
Please fill out the following form and attach a receipt image of your purchase. Refunds will be prorated according to the July 15, 2019 app shutdown date. Once processed, approved refund checks will mailed via USPS. If you have any questions, please contact daniel@storybots.com.
