Full SARNZ Membership application Have these ready before you startYou cannot save your progress part way through, so take a look through what documents and information will be required first, get them ready, and then start your application.You'll need to have the following documents ready to upload: Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency Health and Safety Policy, including your specific procedures for working at heights and falling objects. Drug and Alcohol Policy, along with evidence of testing. A list of your trained and qualified scaffolding, access and/or rigging staff, with CoC numbers where applicable. You should note A part of the application process involves a visit from our General Manager or a member of the Executive. You need to pay the first year's membership fees ($1,500 including GST) and the application fee ($120 including GST) as part of this application. If you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted), you'll need to pay a 2.95% credit card processing fee. This is not refundable, even if your application is declined.
