You cannot save your progress part way through, so take a look at what information will be required first and then start your application.

You should note
  • You need to pay the first year's membership fees ($1,000.00 including GST) and the application fee ($120 including GST) as part of this application.
  • If you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted), you'll need to pay a 2.95% credit card processing fee. This is not refundable, even if your application is declined.
