Mansfield Youth Services presents SAFE(re)CYCLE Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Goodwin Elementary. Let’s increase awareness of bike safety for children and families and encourage healthy exercise and activity by bicycling! Bring your bike and helmet (or RSVP below to get yours at the event) and come ride with us!

Bike rodeo cone course and 2.6 mile bike path course options available. No riders will be allowed without a helmet.

The charitable organization Bikes for Kids will be attending with bikes and helmets available to youth in need of them. There is also the opportunity to donate unused bikes to the organization at the event. We can't wait to see you there!

Bikes For Kids is a non-profit organization whose volunteers collect, repair, and safety test donated used bicycles. The refurbished bicycles, along with new helmets, are given away to individuals of all ages and needs. Most donated bicycles remain in Connecticut, but some have reached children in other states and countries. More than 1,000 bicycles are given away annually.
