RUSI-University of Kent Cyber Insurance Survey
About this study This survey is part of a research project carried out by RUSI and the University of Kent (UoK) into the potential role of cyber insurance in incentivising better cyber security practices. It is funded by the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS). The survey results will be used as part of a RUSI Occasional Paper due to be published in March 2021 and an academic paper to be published afterwards.
Please note this survey requires respondents to be in a position that enables them to be either a purchaser of cyber insurance or potential purchaser. If this is not relevant to you, please do forward this survey on to the relevant person in your organisation.
As part of this project, RUSI and UoK researchers are canvassing views from a range of participants from government, business and other subject matter experts. All research activities are being conducted on an anonymous basis, and this survey does not collect any personally identifiable information and all results will be held securely, and will only be accessible by members of the project at RUSI and UoK.
RUSI is the UK’s leading independent research institute for defence and security studies. RUSI is a not-for-profit, non-political organisation and is entirely independent of government.
