1. Welcome to the RUSA Webinar Proposal Form!

The RUSA Professional Development Committee solicits and evaluates proposals for professional development webinars that support excellence in the delivery of general library services and materials, and the provision of reference and information services, collection development, readers’ advisory, and resource sharing for all ages, in every type of library.

The RUSA Professional Development Committee welcomes proposals from RUSA members for webinars of one to three hours. The Committee recommends 60 to 90 minutes as ideal. All webinars will be hosted by RUSA and delivered using Adobe Connect; presenters will receive software training from the RUSA Web Manager.

Proposals are accepted and evaluated on an ongoing basis.

Attendees are charged a fee to participate in webinars. The fee includes one year of access to an archived version of the webinar. Webinar presenters will be paid $150 for each webinar presented. Co-presenters will be paid $75 for each webinar presented.
