English Language Competency: Course delivery is in English. You must have sufficient fluency in written and spoken English to complete the course. This is self-assessed and is not formally evaluated by rove.

Enrolment:
All enrolment applications are subject to review and approval. Your place on the course will only be confirmed once we have assessed your application, confirmed that you meet the CQI and IRCA prior learning requirements and issued written confirmation.

Fees & Discounts: Course fees are as published on our website and/or brochure, or as advised by a company representative. All fees are payable in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement. We reserve the right to amend course fees at any time without prior notice. Any applicable discounts will be applied, as stated, at the time of enrolment and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms: Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Payment is required before access to course materials is provided.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Transfers: Once a purchase has been completed, fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for credit. Exceptions may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances (such as illness, maternity/paternity leave, or civil unrest). Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting details and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you meet the following minimum system and technical requirements for online learning:

  • Browser: Latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (JavaScript and cookies enabled)
  • Internet: Fast-stable broadband connection (minimum 2 Mbps for web use; 5–10 Mbps recommended for video calls)
  • Audio/Video: Working microphone, speakers/headphones, and webcam (built-in or a connected device)
  • Permissions: Allow browser access to camera and microphone
  • Updates: Keep your device, browser, and security software up to dateVideo call software (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom)
Learning Environment: You will ensure you have a suitable environment for learning and skills-based activity meetings.

Photographic Identification (Internal Auditor course (PT236) enrolments only): You acknowledge and agree that all meetings will be conducted via video call. You must present valid photographic identification (such as a current driving licence, passport, or national identity card) at the start of each meeting with your tutor. Failure to provide valid identification will result in the session being unable to proceed.

Course Materials: Access to course materials is provided for the duration of the course only and is for personal use. Course materials must not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Note: For FD116 you will need access to ISO 9001 and access to ISO 9000 would be benficial. For PT236 you will need access to ISO 9001 and access to ISO 19011 would be beneficial. These standards are not provided by rove.

Induction & Participation: Course induction is expected to be completed within 14 working days of receiving the welcome email. Failure to complete the induction within 28 working days may result in withdrawal from the course. You are expected to participate fully
