At Your Service: Excellent Customer Service Equals Cold, Hard Cash is a 3-day training series that is part of the Office of Economic Development's Recovery Roadmap Business Training Series. 

COVID-19 has impacted many small businesses and their employees. The traditional landscape of personal interaction has changed drastically. In this class, you'll learn the competitive skills needed to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences which will result in higher earnings in sales, tips, commissions, and customer loyalty to your brand. This course is designed to educate small business owners and employees on the financial reward of excellent customer training and execution.

In addition to highlighting successful, lucrative business models, instructor, Cathy Stapleton of Cathy Stapleton and Company, will discuss the importance of strong communication skills with a focus on emotional intelligence when dealing with a diverse customer base.

Cathy will also demonstrate and role play using theater techniques to engage and build rapport with customers. This course is excellent for businesses and their employees or job seekers looking to get into the roles requiring customer services skills.

Businesses that complete the workshop will also receive a 2-hour, one-on-one consultation with the instructor to focus specifically on customer service in their business.

This series will be hosted online via ZOOM from May 5th, 6th, and 7th from 9am-11am. Please complete the survey below to register for the class. We also ask that only one representative of your business attend per class.
