Ride Norfolk Service Use and Improvement

Ride Norfolk has been Norfolk County’s Public Transit system since October 2011. Regular service is offered Monday-Friday year round from 7:45am – 6:30pm.

On May 6, 2019 Ride Norfolk launched a new local schedule and weekday service to Brantford with funding through the Ontario Community Transportation Grant from the Government of Ontario. In order to ensure these service changes are meeting the needs of our community, we need to hear from you!

We appreciate your feedback and input whether or not you have used the Ride Norfolk Transit Service.

* 16. Norfolk County is currently investigating ways to improve and increase service to all residents. An On Demand service would provide more opportunities for transportation to and from all areas of the County. Rides would be available from existing bus stops with the possibility of door-to-door service for those with limited mobility.
