Ride Norfolk has been Norfolk County’s Public Transit system since October 2011.  Regular service is offered Monday-Friday year round from 7:45am – 6:30pm.  

On May 6, 2019 Ride Norfolk launched a new local schedule and weekday service to Brantford with funding through the Ontario Community Transportation Grant from the Government of Ontario. In order to ensure these service changes are meeting the needs of our community, we need to hear from you!  

We appreciate your feedback and input whether or not you have used the Ride Norfolk Transit Service.

*One entry per person. Gift card can be used towards the purchase of any Norfolk County facilitated program or service.  Card can only be redeemed at the Community Services office at 95 Culver street in Simcoe or the Simcoe Recreation Centre.  Contact the Recreation Centre with any questions on gift card use: 519-426-8866 x 2233.

* 16. Norfolk County is currently investigating ways to improve and increase service to all residents. An On Demand service would provide more opportunities for transportation to and from all areas of the County. Rides would be available from existing bus stops with the possibility of door-to-door service for those with limited mobility. Rides would need to be pre-booked either online, with an app, or by calling Norfolk County. Would you use this type of On Demand service?
