DART continually evaluates its route schedules to ensure resources are allocated to provide customers with the best service. Any changes are implemented each August. A re-calibration of the schedule has freed up resources to provide earlier trips on several routes and improve frequency. A grant from the Iowa Clean Air Attainment Program (administered by the Iowa Department of Transportation) has also provided additional funding to implement a new crosstown route.

Listed below is a brief summary of the proposed changes for August 2018. Please complete this survey so we can make any final adjustments to reflect your feedback before the DART Board of Commissioners considers the proposed changes in May. Your feedback will help us continue improving our services so that we can provide efficient and reliable service to the Des Moines community.
