What do wellness and professional development have in common?
The presence of business creativity indicates a healthy work force energy and innovative spirit in order for any organization, non-profit, private or public, to continue to grow and stay relevant in the marketplace. Wellness during the time of COVID includes many things to help you destress, manage anxiety, balance work-home life, and so much more. One of our sponsors believes that the arts are a part of that left-right brain balance and makes for innovative ideas in the workplace and a healthier employee during the pandemic. Kessler Consulting, Inc. is offering one RFT member a three-day virtual creative arts retreat -  a $650 value from November 6-8, 2020.

The best part of this professional development sponsorship is that NO art experience is required.  Whether you have never drawn or painted or whether you are an artist already, this practice isn’t about an end product, but a creative journey. If you like the outdoors, plants, composting or gardening this is for you. All sessions will be taped so if you can’t attend all the classes, they will be made available for you to access anytime you need them. Keep reading to find out what’s included and how to participate.
