An early welcome to our upcoming 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition that is taking place on June 23-25, 2025 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort in Daytona Beach, FL.

Within this form you will have the opportunity to select your top 3 booth placement options, submit your 50 word exhibitor statement, provide a line for our "exhibitor scavenger hunt" and donate an attendee silent auction or raffle item.

Expect to receive an exhibitors kit directly from our exhibit services provider.

As a reminder, I each of challenge you to consider becoming an annual or event sponsor of the association if you are not already. We have several attractive sponsorship opportunities available. We are hosting raffles for attendees. This is a a great way to promote your organization. We encourage you to participate in our raffle experience by donation items for attendees.

Dedicated Exhibitors Session on the Agenda
The program will feature a dedicated session in the exhibit hall for the exhibitors. On Tuesday, June 24th, attendees will be encouraged to participate in this special session. You will receive a direct email with more information on how to be prepared for this session. Attendees will be encouraged to visit your booth for a chance to win prizes.

Please complete this form by 5:00 pm (EST) on Wednesday, April 30th or earlier. If your form is not completed a booth location will be selected for you and an exhibitor statement produced from your website "About Us" page.
