Survey data will be used to determine whether a Permanency Goal Review Meeting (PGRM)* should be held on this case in the 7th month following the child’s removal. Referral for a PGRM will also be determined by your views on the family’s progress following the 6-month Permanency FTM.
* The Permanency Goal Review Meeting is facilitated by the Deputy for Program Operations to review significant barriers to progress towards reunification, and consider whether a goal change is likely to be necessary in the near future. Participants include: PA’s from Permanency and OYE; AAG; PM and/or supervisor on the case; RPS supervisor on the case; Supervisor for diligent search; PM for Kinship; Supervisors in subsidy and adoption recruitment.
