The ABC Company team met on January 5-7 of 2015 to determine long-term goals, as well as short and long-term plans for reaching goals. This pulse monitors and reports to a dashboard your early stage progress through April 20, 2015. Your evaluation of the following statements should be related only to this project.
This tool is monitoring the following team members: Jim, Frank, Mary, Jen, Simon, Jennifer, Sammy and Liz
Your responses are confidential and all results will be averaged to show an overall team response in a dashboard. Only Resologics will see individual data points. If you provide a comment it will only be seen by Resologics, not by any team members, including the team leader.
