Initial Claim Form for IRS Members for Resignation Withdrawal Relief

On Oct. 21, an arbitrator sided with NTEU in finding that the IRS violated Articles 9 and 21 of the contract by denying employees’ requests to withdraw their resignations and retirements before they were effective. The arbitrator ordered a process for affected employees to submit claims, through NTEU, for relief.

If you were affected, please complete this survey by Friday, Nov. 20. NTEU will use your answers to identify and present claims to the IRS. Completing the survey does not guarantee that you will receive relief.
