This award acknowledges residents and fellows who demonstrate outstanding customer service, flexibility, personal attention and MUSC core values.

5.Please provide specific, detailed examples and data to support your nomination.  The information you provide will be used by a GMEC subcommittee to determine the recipient of this award.

Some items to consider:  Why does the nominee deserve to be the resident or fellow of the month?  What impact has the nominee's accomplishment had on the University?  How did the program, faculty, co-residents, staff or patients benefit from this accomplishment?  How has the nominee's accomplishment supported the University's goals?  How has the nominee performed above and beyond expectations?(Required.)
