Managing Residential Development Advisory Committee

During the election the Minister for Planning committed to reviewing the residential zones. In November 2015 an Advisory Committee was established to report on the application of the residential zones in metropolitan Melbourne and the four regional cities of Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong and Latrobe. The Advisory Committee is supported by a Departmental Taskforce who on the 4 February 2016 released a series of State of Play reports.
 
We have prepared this survey to understand your views about the application of the residential zones and how successfully, or otherwise, the zones are working. We are also interested in any feedback you might have from the community or developers.
 
Submissions to the Advisory Committee close on Monday 14 March 2016 and the MAV will be preparing a submission.
