The purpose of this anonymous survey is to determine the impact of recent grocery store closures, where area residents buy their groceries, and how they feel about the available food products at the stores where they shop.  This survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

This survey is part of the 2018 Grocery Store Access Study being led by members of the Regional Fresh Food Council including community members and representatives from University of Illinois Extension, the Greater Peoria Economic Development Council, Peoria County, the City of Peoria, and Senator Dave Koehler.

We appreciate your help with this project. We hope to be able to use these survey results to improve local grocery shopping options and increase access to quality food.  Toward this end, your anonymous survey answers may be included in reports and presentations to be shared with Regional Fresh Food Council members, Peoria County and City personnel, staff at area service agencies and organizations, local grocery store owners and managers, and in public presentations of final results.
