If you qualify for our project, we will contact you about participation in our project.  Participation will be rewarded with an honorarium of $50 which will be paid to you in the form of a Gift card redeemable at dozens of retailers including Amazon, Macys, Uber, Starbucks and many many more.

The screening survey will take approximately 5-7 minutes, and the main survey should you qualify will take approximately 25-30 minutes.
