Clergy coaching is individualized leadership development to help you meet ministry goals, deepen your leadership skills and move you to your next level of pastoral ministry.

This request form is for appointed pastors in the New York Conference who would like to be paired with a clergy coach. When you submit this form, Doris K. Dalton, Director of Leadership Development and Intercultural Competency, will send you confirmation of your request and follow up to ensure the best coaching match possible for you.
