AGE-WELL has embarked on a renewal planning process for 2020-2025, which includes shaping what the next version of the network will look like and focus on. We are conducting a series of consultation activities to hear the views of a wide range of stakeholders, including older adults, caregivers, researchers, trainees, partners organizations etc.

 We are asking you to:
  • Rank proposed Challenge Areas, in which we will fund projects and activities
  • Provide feedback on future directions for AGE-WELL
Filling in the questionnaire
Your unique voice is important to the future of AGE-WELL. For example, if you are an older adult or caregiver, you could tell us how we can better engage you in AGE-WELL activities. If you are a researcher, you could tell us what research priorities AGE-WELL needs to focus on. You are free to cover any topic that you feel is important.
