The 2019 Region V Leadership and Professional Development Conference will be held November 12-15, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Strong leadership in Head Start is more important than ever! We need decisive and thoughtful leaders at every level who are knowledgeable, well trained and rooted in the culture of Head Start.

Based on the Program Performance Standards, Regional and Federal priorities, as well as other needs assessment data and environmental factors the following areas have been chosen as focus areas for the 2019 Region V Leadership and Professional Development Conference:

Proposals must be received by February 18, 2019

Presenters receive no payment for participation, and must provide AV equipment, however one regular conference registration fee per presentation will be waived.
