Healthwatch Barking & Dagenham would like to understand residents’ experiences of being referred from their GP to another NHS service (for example, hospital specialists, community services, or diagnostic tests). Your feedback will help us identify what works well and where improvements may be needed. Your responses are anonymous and will be used to improve local health services.
