As part of our client services, HIMC will check references on candidates submitted for new opportunities.  We also respect the privacy, and confidentiality, of each candidate as you consider new job opportunities.  This form allows you to provide us with the reference details and also an option for you to indicate when you'd like us to proceed with contacting that person for the reference. 

Please provide a minimum of two (2) professional references.  Keep in mind that most clients prefer at least one (1) reference from someone that you currently or have previously reported to in the past.
