Arkansas will implement a hub and spoke model in 11 counties to redistribute Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine stored in ultra-cold (-60C to -80 C) freezers as the hub (community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy) to various spokes, the community pharmacies. My pharmacy or my hospital may be willing to redistribute Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine at least once weekly for pharmacies identified by the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Pharmacists Association for at least 2 months to vaccinate health workers in 1a and others identified by the Arkansas Department of Health.
